Personalised Orders – Terms & Conditions

As every personalised piece is created especially for you, we kindly ask that you read the following before placing your order.

Personalisation

Please ensure that all names, birth months and birth flower selections are entered correctly when ordering. We create your artwork using the information provided, and we cannot accept responsibility for errors submitted at the time of purchase.

Primary & Secondary Birth Flowers

Where applicable, you may choose either the primary or secondary birth flower for each person included in your design. It is your responsibility to select your preferred flower before placing your order.

Artwork & Layout

Each design is individually arranged by hand. While we will always strive to create a balanced and beautiful composition, the final layout may vary depending on the number of flowers, names and product chosen. The placement of illustrations is at the designer's discretion.

Colours

You may choose your artwork in full colour, monochrome, or a combination of both. Please note that colours may vary slightly between screen displays and the finished printed product.

Changes After Ordering

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins. Once artwork has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

Returns & Cancellations

As all personalised products are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or an error has been made by Kin & Stem.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Re-orders & Family Additions

Your personalised design will be kept on file, allowing you to update it as your family grows.

Customers receive 20% off future re-orders of the same design, including additions such as new family members, weddings or new babies. This discount applies only to the original design and cannot be transferred to a new design or combined with other offers.

Production Times

As every order is individually created, personalised products require additional production time. Current lead times are shown on each product page and may vary during busy periods.

Intellectual Property

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Kin & Stem. Personalised designs are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, copied or used commercially without written permission.

Each piece is hand created and turn around time is 7-10 days.
